JPD was selected by Governor Cuomo and Congressman Adriano Espaillat to manage the new community space. JPD ensures that the community space is accessible to the community for cultural and educational events. We encourage local groups to use the space for:

  • Workshops, Trainings, Classes
  • Cultural Development Programs
  • Art Exhibitions and Performances
  • Community Forums
  • Group Meetings and Events  

The community center has space to accommodate community events for up to 160 guests. The space is equipped with [projector, television, power point capability, etc.] for use by participants. A suggested donation is expected from persons using the space in order to cover operational costs.  In addition, we ask participants to sign a contract agreeing to respect the space and use it for the benefit of the community.
